By accessing or using Intervueo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Intervueo provides a cloud-based interview platform that enables companies to:

• Conduct live video interviews with candidates
• Collaborate with team members during hiring
• Use AI-powered tools for interview preparation and follow-up

2. Account Terms

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Intervueo
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not use Intervueo for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Beta Program Terms

During our beta period:

• Services are provided at a discounted rate
• Features may change or be discontinued
• Beta pricing is locked in for founding customers as long as subscription remains active
• We appreciate and encourage feedback to improve the platform

4. Payment Terms

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice (except for locked-in beta customers)

Free Trial

• 14-day free trial includes full access to all features
• No credit card required for trial signup
• Trial automatically expires unless you upgrade

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with conditions: you must have attempted at least 2 interviews and provide feedback. This policy helps us improve while preventing abuse.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use Intervueo for discriminatory hiring practices
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Intervueo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Premium Box and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to Intervueo. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our services.

Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Intervueo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Intervueo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervueo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Box and Intervueo from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Intervueo ceases immediately. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lecco, Italy, except where prohibited by law.
